Sheronde has a BA degree in Psychology and a M.ED in Education.

Recently I conducted a leadership workshop for 30 young students participating in the YearUp program. A young man approached me at the end of the session and stated, I have some feedback for you. Okay, I said thinking to myself, get ready. I liked how interactive the training was he went on. "Oh, really" I stated with a sigh of relief (listen, if you've ever trained young people you know they're a tough group). Another student participant that was waiting behind him stated, I was going to say the same thing. And yet another came up to me to share the same thing. What a compliment!
